As a well-being scientist, Cole is qualified to evaluate and measure personal well-being. Cole uses the PERMA model of well-being, which includes measures of positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning, and accomplishments. We will work to cultivate habits that increase well-being and track progress along the way to ensure improvement.

Fitness/Health Coaching

Cole has been exercising for over 10 years. During this time, he has worked as a personal trainer and a sports nutritionist. He stays up to date on all the current scientific research and advancements in fitness and health. He has expertise in muscle gain, fat loss, building aesthetic physiques, and reaching athletic goals. Currently, he runs 3-4 times a week, weights trains 4-6  times a week, and practices yoga 1-2 times a week. 

Career Coaching

Cole has worked as an academic advisor and as an undergraduate mentor. During these roles, he asked students, "What is your dream job?, Then he created timelines for the client to reach their goals. He has expertise in professionalism, networking, and leadership. He can assist in resume building, LinkedIn Accounts, elevator pitches, interview skills, and goal setting.

Cole has been involved in academia since graduating from high school. He has worked for colleges in Outreach and Recruitment, Undergraduate Advising, Academic Advising, and as a Teaching Assistant. He has helped numerous students graduate on time, graduate with honors, secure research and internship experiences, and find their dream jobs, as well as gain admission to graduate programs.

Everyone has habits they are trying to quit or build. Cole is there to help you figure out effective strategies to build and quit the habits you want. Cole will not only help you come up with a plan, but also serve as your accountability partner in following through with it. We can practice new habits together, and Cole will be by your side through the whole journey.

Cole can teach you fun techniques to build new relationships and help you cultivate the virtue of charisma. Cole can consult on dating apps, help you craft the perfect profile through clever prompts and high-quality pictures. Cole can also offer guidance on enriching and preserving existing relationships with friends, family, and partners.
